  Edward S. Crill (1843-1915) — of Palatka, Putnam County, Fla. Born in 1843. Democrat. Physician; banker; delegate to Democratic National Convention from Florida, 1912. Died in 1915 (age about 72 years). Interment at Oakhill Cemetery, Palatka, Fla.
  Verner Wilson Estes (1886-1953) — of Orlando, Orange County, Fla. Born in Florida, March 7, 1886. Physician; owner of a chain of drug stores; mayor of Orlando, Fla., 1934-37. Died in Orange County, Fla., August 20, 1953 (age 67 years, 166 days). Interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando, Fla.

  Lemuel W. Livingston (b. 1861) — of Key West, Monroe County, Fla. Born in Monticello, Jefferson County, Fla., 1861. Republican. School principal; physician; delegate to Republican National Convention from Florida, 1896; U.S. Consul in Cape Hatien, 1898-1919. African ancestry. Burial location unknown.
  William G. O'Donnell — also known as Bill O'Donnell — of Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Fla. Physician; mayor of Boca Raton, Fla., 1950-51. Still living as of 1951.
  Henry Page (1870-1954) — of Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio; Panama City, Bay County, Fla. Born in Princess Anne, Somerset County, Md., September 1, 1870. Son of Henry Page (1841-1913) and Virginia Upshur (Dennis) Page. Physician; colonel in the U.S. Army during World War I; built and commanded Corregidor Hospital in Philippines, 1898-99; organized U.S. Ambulance Corps, 1917; dean, college of Medicine, University of Cincinnati, 1921-25; alternate delegate to Republican National Convention from Florida, 1936. Member, American Medical Association. Died May 25, 1954 (age 83 years, 266 days). Interment at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va.

Physician; naturalized U.S. citizen; volunteer fire fighter; director, Sayville Electric Light and Power Company; member of New York state assembly from Suffolk County 2nd District, 1901-02. English ancestry. Member, Freemasons; Foresters; Royal Arcanum. Died in St. Augustine, St. Johns County, Fla., February 22, 1908 (age 57 years, 0 days). Interment somewhere in Islip, Long Island, N.Y.

  James Horace Smith (1852-1931) — also known as J. H. Smith — of Orlando, Orange County, Fla. Born October 20, 1852. Physician; mayor of Orlando, Fla., 1904-06. Died June 20, 1931 (age 78 years, 243 days). Burial location unknown.
  Jack M. Stack (1938-2004) — of Michigan. Born in Flint, Genesee County, Mich., March 1, 1938. Son of Jack Martin Stack and Ruth (Foster) Stack. Republican. Physician; psychiatrist; candidate for Michigan State University board of trustees, 1972. Died, in West Florida Regional Hospital, Pensacola, Escambia County, Fla., February 12, 2004 (age 65 years, 348 days). Burial location unknown.
  Edmond Walter Warren (1875-1935) — of Palatka, Putnam County, Fla. Born in 1875. Physician; mayor of Palatka, Fla.. Died in 1935 (age about 60 years). Interment at West View Cemetery, Palatka, Fla.
  David Joseph Weldon (b. 1953) — also known as Dave Weldon — of Palm Bay, Brevard County, Fla.; Indialantic, Brevard County, Fla. Born in Amityville, Suffolk County, Long Island, N.Y., August 31, 1953. Republican. Physician; U.S. Representative from Florida 15th District, 1995-. Christian. Still living as of 2009.

The Political Graveyard

The Political Graveyard is a web site about U.S. political history and cemeteries. Founded in 1996, it is the Internet's most comprehensive free source for American political biography, listing 234,420 politicians, living and dead.
 
  The coverage of the site includes (1) the President, Vice President, members of Congress, elected state and territorial officeholders in all fifty states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories; and the chief elected official, typically the mayor, of qualifying municipalities; (2) candidates at election, including primaries, for any of the above; (3) all federal judges and all state appellate judges; (4) certain federal officials, including the federal cabinet, diplomatic chiefs of mission, consuls, U.S. district attorneys, collectors of customs and internal revenue, and members of major federal commissions; and (5) state and national political party officials, including delegates, alternate delegates, and other participants in national party nominating conventions.  
  The listings are incomplete; development of the database is a continually ongoing project.
