      Chase Addison Clark (1883-1966) — also known as Chase A. Clark — of Idaho Falls, Bonneville County, Idaho; Boise, Ada County, Idaho. Born in Amo, Hendricks County, Ind., August 20, 1883. Son of Joseph Addison Clark and Eunice (Hadley) Clark. Democrat. Lawyer; member of Idaho state house of representatives, 1913-16; served in the U.S. Army during World War I; candidate for U.S. Senator from Idaho, 1928; member of Idaho state senate, 1933-36; mayor of Idaho Falls, Idaho, 1937-38; Governor of Idaho, 1941-43; U.S. District Judge for Idaho, 1943. Presbyterian. Member, American Bar Association; Elks; Eagles; Freemasons. Died in a hospital at Boise, Ada County, Idaho, December 30, 1966 (age 83 years, 132 days). Interment at Rose Hill Cemetery.
      Relatives: Son of Joseph Addison Clark and Eunice (Hadley) Clark; brother of Barzilla Worth Clark; married, January 10, 1906, to Jean Burnett; father of Bethine Clark (who married Frank Forrester Church). See Clark family of Idaho.

      Barzilla Worth Clark (1880-1943) — also known as Barzilla W. Clark — of Idaho Falls, Bonneville County, Idaho. Born in Hadley, Hendricks County, Ind., December 22, 1880. Son of Joseph Addison Clark and Eunice (Hadley) Clark. Democrat. Civil engineer; mayor of Idaho Falls, Idaho, 1913-15, 1926-36; Governor of Idaho, 1937-39. Methodist. Died, from lung cancer, in Idaho Falls, Bonneville County, Idaho, September 21, 1943 (age 62 years, 273 days). Interment at Rose Hill Cemetery.
      Relatives: Son of Joseph Addison Clark and Eunice (Hadley) Clark; married, October 26, 1905, to Ethel S. Peck; brother of Chase Addison Clark; uncle of Bethine Clark (who married Frank Forrester Church). See Clark family of Idaho.

      Arthur Wesley Holden (1877-1967) — also known as Arthur W. Holden — of Idaho Falls, Bonneville County, Idaho. Born in Nebraska, July 17, 1877. Son of Louisa Sutherland (Ross) Holden (1845-1936) and William C. Holden. Democrat. Lawyer; delegate to Democratic National Convention from Idaho, 1916. Died in Idaho Falls, Bonneville County, Idaho, May 26, 1967 (age 89 years, 313 days). Interment at Rose Hill Cemetery.
      Relatives: Great-grandson of Sulifand Sutherland Ross; son of Louisa Sutherland (Ross) Holden (1845-1936) and William C. Holden; brother of Edwin McPherson Holden; married, November 19, 1902, to Mercedes Greenwood (1880-1973). See Holden-Ross-Ball family.

      The coverage of the site includes (1) the President, Vice President, members of Congress, elected state and territorial officeholders in all fifty states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories; and the chief elected official, typically the mayor, of qualifying municipalities; (2) candidates at election, including primaries, for any of the above; (3) all federal judges and all state appellate judges; (4) certain federal officials, including the federal cabinet, diplomatic chiefs of mission, consuls, U.S. district attorneys, collectors of customs and internal revenue, and members of major federal commissions; and (5) state and national political party officials, including delegates, alternate delegates, and other participants in national party nominating conventions.  
      The listings are incomplete; development of the database is a continually ongoing project.
