Catholic. Member, Phi Kappa Psi. Died in Washington, D.C., November 16, 1939 (age 73 years, 244 days). Clarence Benjamin Miller (1872-1922) — also known as Clarence B. Miller — of Duluth, St. Louis County, Minn. Born in Pine Island, Goodhue County, Minn., March 13, 1872. Republican. Member of Minnesota state house of representatives 51st District, 1907-08; U.S. Representative from Minnesota 8th District, 1909-19; Secretary of Republican National Committee, 1920. Member, Phi Kappa Psi. Died in St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minn., January 10, 1922 (age 49 years, 303 days).
