Harold Cagwin Bellows (1895-1966) — also known as Harold C. Bellows — of Bay City, Bay County, Mich. Born in Auburn, Bay County, Mich., September 19, 1895. Son of George W. Bellows and Stella E. Bellows. Democrat. Served in the U.S. Army during World War I; gas and oil dealer; poultry farmer; Bay County Treasurer; member of Michigan state house of representatives from Bay County 2nd District, 1933-36; defeated in primary, 1936; candidate for U.S. Representative from Michigan 10th District, 1938. Died February 27, 1966 (age 70 years, 161 days). Interment at Roseburg I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Roseburg, Ore.   See also Find-A-Grave memorial
